My Laptop after formatting, is still haging and always popping up the help window of almost every program u opened.
Sometimes this message appears"helpctrl.exe".
The windows help window pops up alomost 20 times, making the mouse to be making a clicking sound on its own without anyone touching it.

I dont know whether its a software problem or hardware b/4 i spend big money on fixing it.

Anyone with useful information ,do pls render an assistance
