Although not made mandatory until 2009, the research in using magnetic resonance testing (MRI) to determine a player’s age dates to 2003 when Fifa began to investigate the use of biological markers for age determination after being requested to do so by numerous member associations.

So, if MRI indicates complete fusion of a player’s wrist, it is 99 per cent certain the player is older than 17. If a player registers a Grade 6, they are considered older than 17.
“MRI of the wrist is a simple, reliable, valid and non-invasive method of age determination in young male football players,” said Jiri Dvorak, the F-Marc chairman.

Abegi which kind First Class, Malaysia is giving us back what we gave to them in the name of "Malaysian boys". Nigeria needs to evaluate the quality of education obtainable at some of these non educational countries trying to tap into the huge revenue of the education system.
Top Educational Countries are as follows; Canada, America, UK, Switzerland, Japan, Singapore, Australia and a few other countries in Europe...

What Matters is the society being civil.Not the class of degree. Many European countries are developed because the habitants are civil. When strict regulations are put in place, people who do not want to learn through education will allow the society train her. Many atimes, charity begins at home. meaning civilization starts from the home. Not school.




NB: If Nigeria must be good the only unrecognised solution is to retire all police officers and replace with highly educated YOUNG people only and pay them well. then Nigeria will be good.

Easy to understand practicals fast internet hence he can learn from you tube, availability of subscribe data based like scopus, getting lecture notes a day before lecturer come to teach. With the use of EDMODO.with all this a sharp nija students will come out first class and well refined.
