I only hope Fayose remember that the whole nation knows how he got to that government house. Does he want someone to play his tape with Obanikoro and others on how they plan his rigging to the state house?

How soon he forgot. Anyway, sooner or later, your case will be re-visited too. #Ole!

Just shut the fuvck up and go sleep if you don't know what to say. Fayose was loved by his people and they voted for him enmas

So d Army also rigged d Presidential,Senate,House of Rep and House of assembly elections that PDP won in Ekiti?

Yes.... in addition, Ekiti people have got what they did not bargain for, a loose canon. They could insist that they have made their choice but it is very clear that the elections were rigged and the tapes have illustrated the diabolical trend of events leading to the poll and the outcome. Deep down they know that.

GEJ and the PDP could have used the judiciary to sack Fashola and other ACN and CPC governors, during their dispensation, but they didn't. Because they know how power should be handled. Power is a very intoxicating and dangerous drug. Once addicted, the abuser is forever dead. The President and his party is playing right into the hands of the PDP, and they stup1dly don't know it. The portrait of them is being painted as a party that is autocratic, dictatorial, violent, unlawful and dangerously superficial. In 2 years time, when things are no more smooth, when the 8trillion wonder budget is now known as a publicity stunt, when 5k allowance scam is now officially a scam, when oil prices remain at a dangerous level, when all policies of the APC have failed woefully and ministers like Amaechi and Fashola have begun their old tricks, the actions of today will come back to bite them. Because then, BUHARI and his paranoia will go into full effect and he will become another Abacha, that people want gone. Soon and very soon, it will become very dangerous to be an APC supporter

" POWER IS HAVING CONTROL OVER PEOPLE THAT ARE LESSER THAN YOU
BUT
KNOWLEDGE IS HAVING CONTROL OVER THOSE WHO CONSIDER THEMSELVES GREATER THAN YOU"
The judiciary is obviously compromised by the ruling party and it poses a grave danger to the country's democracy. This is like a crime committed by the court and it's quite laughable.

For these wailers who fail to understand, the tribunal and inec are separate entities... The tribunal is a judicial body set aside to adjudicate election disputes. Saying that, it means that being a judicial body m, it can intervene in intra party affairs .. The petitioners case here was simple: The respondent is not a recognized candidate of the party abd as such should not have fielded as the flagbearer in the election. The petitioner was able to prove that such act was a breach of protocol and as such yhe candidacy was null and void. In other words, PDP never presented a Candidate and as such all votes won by their party was null and void... In all fairness, the APC won this case and I think even the supreme court will uphold this decision..

My guy wetin u dey talk... U and I know that election in this country as with most parts of the world is highly rigged..

Delta state case is different the Apc candidated Otega stepped down a day to the election leaving only ogboru and Okowa... Voting was done in all 23 constituencies in d state... If d opposition can present concrete evidence to nullify the election d tribunal judgement will swing in dier favour...
But this taraba case is different

We no longer trust APC. They are slow, denied promises earlier made, used the judiciary and are yet to deliver on a single democracy dividend in 6 months. #TarabaTribunal

That awkward moment when they say PDP ruined Nigeria for 16 years and they can't mention the names of those PDP used in ruining Nigeria without naming an APC member. Let this change not be what we be always feared.

The shame is on the judiciary because a party primary as nothing to do with the election proper. Rotimi Amaechi benefited from his party fielding Celestine Omehia . it is only a pdp candidate in the primaries that can challenge the party's primary election. So be informed before posting a biased post

The case of tribunal sitting outside the state for some reasons is legally allowed in the constitution but in the case of holding primary election outside the state is against electoral laws and not constitutional.

UMAR GARBA HAS BEEN VINDICATED. I remember when d then Acting Governor, Umar Garba was schemed out by d party big-wigs who shifted d primaries to Abuja because they knew if they held d primaries in Taraba state d delegates would vote 4 him. He warned them dat dis could happen but they were blinded by their usual impunity.
dis is indeed a big blow to impunity & a giant stride by d Nigerian Judiciary.
