The Law is a system and a way of life to the national Israel but when Christ came, he said, I AM THE WAY.... Some people will Christian are not under the law which is absolutely true but when something becomes unfavorable, they will want to go back to the Law to get scriptures to favor themselves. When a man comes to Christ, the Law given to national Israel ends at the cross because it was nailed to the cross and you're now given the Holy Spirit to do the functions of the law, that is, guide and teach you - ALL THINGS ARE NOW NEW!

When you disengage with the Law, you are not suppose to keep some and discard some. You disengage with the whole completely. Tithe is part of activities "under the Law" that is done away with in Christ. If you can't keep the text in the OP, why should you observe tithing instead of grace based giving?

about sacrifising of animals, it was the bible that instructed us to nought the practic, that you can find in the book of Isaiah buh i have forgotten the chapter and verse but in the case of hair cutting, the old and new testament never gave a scripture to oppose the practic

That's not the point. The point is, the same unchangeable God said he was going to change from law to Grace, from old to new covenant but the he himself is unchangable. Doesn't he know better? I can change from one institution to another while I am still myself.
