IF TARABA WHY NOT ZAMAFARA??

If tribunal can nullified the Governorship election due to misconduct of pdp primary election why not in zamfara where similar case was experienced?
But,yet tribunal upholds the so-called victory of AA yari.
Did you know, zamfara Apc governorship primary election is contradicted and violated the Sections 85 ( 1 ) and 87, 2010 electoral Act.?
Section 85 (1)and(4), 87 of the 2010 electoral Act state that.
85. (1)....... Every registered political party shall give the Commission at least 21 days notice of any convention, congress, conference or meeting convened for the purpose of electing members of its executive committees, other governing bodies or nominating candidates for any of the elective offces specifed under this Act.
(4)....... Notice of any congress, conference or meeting for the purpose of nominating candidates for Area Council elections shall be given to the Commission at least 21 days before such congress, conference or meetings.
Section, 87 sub 9 stated that, Any political party did not comply with provision of this acct, in the conduct of its primaries it candidate for election SHALL not be included in the election for the particular position,
Recalling proceedings at the tribunal, “It was established that the APC primary election that produced AA Yari as APC's governorship candidate for 2015 elections violated section 85 of the Electoral Act.
According to the statement, “On August 11, 2015, a witness from INEC, subpoenaed by the tribunal said the commission was only aware of the primary election held on December 4, 2014. The witness also admitted that the first notification issued on September 19, 2014 expired on November 15, 2014 when the primary was expected to be held. Then another notification send to the on November 18, 2014 and the primaries held December 4, 2014.
Simple calculation confirmed that the notification issued on November 18, 2014 for the primary election that held on December 4, 2014, which is clearly 16 days before and that do only interlace but contradicted the less than 21 days notice as stipulated in the Electoral Act of 2010.
Also if tribunal can nullified the Rivers and Akwa Ibom Governorship election due to over voting why not also zamfara where the governorship election is over voted with 96,046.
That is why we are still challenging the credibility of the Zamfara governorship election and Tribunal ruling in the court of appeal Sokoto.
God forbid if the appeal failed to nullify the election of Governor A A Yari we will challenge the credibility and justice of Buhari's Administration and that of Nigeria's judiciary at large.
With this are calling on the attentions of the International and National legal practioners, political Activist and other related NGOs. to look forward into courts verdicts and their performance in Nigeria.
