Our Client, a Property Management Development Company in Lagos is urgently seeking an experienced Property Development Consultant to manage its HOMES division. This position is a Senior Management position, based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Requirements

- A good first degree from a reputable Organization, preferably in Property/Estate Management
- An MBA will be an added advantage
- Extensive experience marketing residential properties
- Must be between the age of 35yrs - 42yrs old
- Must have in-depth knowledge of the property market in Nigeria
- Will be required to liaise with both agents and contractors
- Will be required to deliver progress report of property development
- Must be able to deal with lenders
- Must be male
- Must be an excellent communicator both written and verbal
