Nigeria my Nigeria, where the constitution has its own language for its own peculiar people to decipher. Aside other requirements to assume any electable post in the country, one must have at least secondary education certificate or its equivalent. The issue now is who or what define having secondary education certificate when the bearer possesses F9 and D's all subject, would such individual still be eligible even without having a credit in any papers? I consider those drafter to be at an height of hebrous, with singularity of purpose for self smooth sailing when times Arrive.
