The terrible thing about this virus is that it saved itself as a pre-installed app. As if it came with the phone like that. It just can't be deleted. I've tried everything. Pls help me out. The virus forcefully runs ads on my phone and just pops out anytime it likes. I've downloaded 3 different Antivirus that is only managing the situation. How do I delete this virus

You'll need root access to get rid of it.

it's not rooted sir, I even wiped my phone of everything. All my pics videos gone. Still yet the virus remained

You'll need to root you device first(Google is your friend for the procedure) then download a System App remover from the Playstore, or you can download Lucky Patcher (not found in the playstore).
Download Dr Web and scan your device so you can identify the malware, then use the System App remover to uninstall them.
If they persist after uninstalling then disable/freeze them with Lucky Patcher.

Root your phone and use auto proxy.
Or use a VPN instead (Psiphon)

Hello Friend, hope it's not what I'm thinking... If its auto-root virus, sorry the only solution to getting it out is to Flash a Rom. Nothing more nothing less. That is the latest Android killer virus in town.

seems its a system app. You can't uninstall it like others. If you have root access, it would have been easy for you using system uninstaller apps.

Even if you wipe it, it will still be there

I saw the status of those apps in your screenshots as "disabled". Is it you that disabled those apps by yourself or the virus?. Can you identify the virus in itself?. Though it's quite possible that a virus can get into your phone and turn itself into a system app. Such cases are rare. Most often than not, the virus is still a user app, but masked it sef to look as if it's an inbuilt app by using a fake name such as "settings" or "configuration" & even a fake icon to look as if it's an inbuilt app.

A friend of mine once experience something like this. The phone kept popping out annoying ads every now and then. He now came to me for help. When I go through, I realized that he was trying to download one of West Life song. He didn't bother to check the extension of the song he's downloading to make sure it's actually an mp3. He didn't know that it's a malware. They named it as "Soledad.apk". He downloaded & even installed it unknowingly. After installation, the name change from Soledad to 'Configuration' with a gear icon to make it look like an inbuilt app. I have to go through the phone gradually and finally identify the malware. Immediately I uninstall it, the ads stop popping out.
This may probably be what you are experiencing. What you should do now is to go through your phone and uninstall any app that is not familiar to you. If this doesn't work, then you may have to root your phone and flash a new rom.

OK that's good. Just root your device and install system app mover to remove them.

If you want to root the phone, download King root, and follow the procedure, just Google it on the next, and make sure you have some data(mb) on your phone.

Do a memory card back-up and root.

Root ur Fone 1st as peeps av suggested.. Use system app remover..to remove em or know the various app names and delete em tru root explorer by going to system/apps ... Or by still flash the Fone ..
