I lived in Bariga in my early days and I must say I really dread that area of Lagos state because many of the youths in Bariga only know one way to hustle and that is armed robbery. I know many young guys that we grew up together that have been killed in armed robbery,I mean I can start counting from 1 to infinity. Thank God for my own life and big thanks to my mum as well for being a hardworking woman so we her children won't have to hustle for what to eat.But honestly it all boils down to poverty and oju kokoro of our youths.Even parents support their wards in robbery in Bariga. And many thanks to myself for rescueing myself and got away from that area on time and become successful in life. O se Olorun. |
