THIS simple tricks trains your new Nexus smartphone to recognise your fingerprint – even if you miss the sensor.

Google unveiled its impressive new Nexus smartphones last month.
Both new Google smartphones boast the latest version of the Android operating system, improved cameras and a fingerprint sensor – bringing biometric security to the Marshmallow handsets.
Huawei and LG – the manufacturers behind the new Nexus smartphones – have chosen to mount the fingerprint scanners on the back of the devices, beneath the rear camera module.

It's convenient when you are holding the new smartphones one-handed, but it can take a little getting used to.
Unfortunately it's not incredibly useful when you are using the smartphones on a flat surface, and the rear-mounted sensor can also be quite easy to overshoot – leaving you blindly fumbling to find the sensor to unlock your device.
