Doesn't look like a northeastern plantation, soil and topography to me. I was expecting to see deserts, flat land and stunted trees.

No proof that this is northeast.

How can you expose your ignorance so brazenly? Ha! undecided shocked

This one terrorist Muslims are showing interests in Taraba, i hope that Tarabans will not allow them to occupy Taraba in future. It's clear why they sent Fulani herdsmen to massacre Taraba farmers. They want to plant tea.

What is wrong with you people? Why did you have to bring sectarianism to this thread. What kind of nonsense is this?

Nairaland showed me a lot of Nigerians don't see anything beyond their village or at best state of origin. You need more exposure. Tight jeans is not civilization.

Nice. I just love the sight of green. @Pavore9 this is also the type of climate where dairy cows thrive. Someone mentioned that Unilever pulled out because the returns were poor: does this imply that most of nigerians still drink imported tea? Am curious on this, i need info on this, anyone who is in the know please respond

Nigerians consume more of cocoa over tea and coffee unlike Kenyans who are high on tea . Most tea brands are imported. Dairy farms will thrive very well in that region.

Hahaha about being high on tea you are very correct about kenyans and am very very very guilty in that respect. Am also at least a cocoa man 25% in compensation. Btw some churches in Kenya forbid their members from consuming tea and coffee. Its about the caffeine. Apparently its considered sinful owing to its addictive tendencies. LOL.
One smaller question would be about the tse tse fly situation in that specific part of Nigeria. That is what will determine if dairying can succeed there or rather not.

Hmmm that's lovely! They should advertise their state's tourism potentials and tourist attractions on CNN, Al Jazerra, BBC, Sky News, Super Sports, Channels and other international media so as to earn some cool megabucks from tourism. That way the State could even become a high income state.
