The only admission which is taking place is for preparatory department ( learning local language + basic subjects for your course ).
THis preparatory department helps students to learn either ukrainian or russian language which is used in lectures by lectures instead of english and under the learning the local language , us the cheapest offer of studying than in english program.

Based on the Law of Ukraine No2004/24536 starting from year 2014 there will be no time limit to apply for a study visa (preparatory Department only ( studying local language + basic subjects for your course before starting 1st academic year ).

For a basic education ( first year ) students are allowed to enter the territory of Ukraine between 15 August and 15 November only.

The advantage of preparatory department is that, after completing the preparatory course, students join first academic year to study their professional courses ( lectures in local language ) which is more cheaper than lectures in english language.

50% FEE IS PAID UPFRONT FOR ISSUING ADMISSION LETTER / INVITATION LETTER ( AND THE REMAINING 50% FEE IS PAID AFTER RECEIVING A COPY OF UR ADMISSION LETTER )

Students who want to study in Western Ukraine universities can apply now through the following courses:
medicine, pharmacy, computer science, civil, aviation and mechanical engineering, economics., gas and oil. And for master programs !
Lectures are conducted in both english and ( ukrainian or russian languages ).

Universities do have exchange programs with universities in Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Latvia, Slovakia.
Tuition fee is paid on arrival.

Invitation fee, carrier services (DHL / EMS ) + Visa support letter is paid after receiving a copy of your invitation !

Students are registered in various university on arrival and they are being given temporary residential permit which is renewable before the beginning of every new academic year.
