@Horus; The answer to the question of the poster is the same as yours - Muslim women are not "Brainwashed" by Islam. The ones who are born into it, and the ones who reverted back into it, have the same "human qualities" of choice to accept or reject commandments of Allah and that of His Messeneger (SAW), in the same free will of choice like every "Non Muslim woman." There is no one who can tell me that a white women who is lives in Texas with her white American husband is brainwashed, if she is a Muslim and obeys Allah as prescribed in Qur'an. And obeys Muhammad (SAW) as she obeserves sunnah. Is there a way for a "black woman" in New York City to be brainwashed, by Islam, in America, today, post 911?

Yesterday, a friend of mine was relating to a group of us, over the phone how he caught his wife in the past without hijab and khimar, after she had left the house fully clothed. She took it off outside, because her mother who was not a muslim was "brainwashing" her away from "obedience to Allah's command to cover" in the Qur'an; Surah Mumin and Surah Azhab.He did not even make a reference to it, as if he did not see her in "not Islamic out of the house appearnce", which affected the conscience of the woman, because her hypocrasy was exposed.

This woman today never goes out without hijab and khimar. And those of us who are her husband's friends have never seen her or her teenage daughters, in their home without been properly clothed. Obedience is to Allah, alone. It is He Who will judge on that day. Obedience to Muhammad (SAW) is based on commandment of Allah to believers to obey him (SAW).

In essence, if you do good it is for your own benefit. If you do evil as in disobedience to Allah's Authourity, it is on you and no one else. No bearer of burden (humans, Jesus is an example since some people do claim that he absorbs their burdens, and jinns, Satan is an example since some people do claim that he makes them do evil and hence he bears the burdens) shall bear the burden of another. You are responsible for your own success or failure in the eye of your Creator.

Finally the term "brainwashed", is relative. A disbeliever may see a believer's obedience to Creator, by doing what is injuction upon him, as being already brainwashed! But the disbeliever does not see his own actions of disobedience as being rebellious to his Creator and as being "brainwashed" already by the devil/satal, who makes such "evil and rebellious acts" seemingly fair and beautiful to him.

Can a person who is disobedience to his Creator not be called "brainwashed into disobedience?" Sure. The believers have the right to say that a disbeliever (Kafir) is brainwashed by Satan away from True Believer (Islam).

In some places, when they argue for their religion or those without organized religion, they fail to apply the same strength/format of argument as they would when they talk about Islam.


When they blame Islam for what they think is "evil: they honor their own way(s) for the same exact thing! From their own eyes, their way(s) is correct, though they had just said Islam was wrong for the same exact thing or something similar or comparable.

Take the case of marriage and sex; Adam was the husband of his human sister, daughtter who was a clone from his body! Adam and Eve children marry one another from different pregnancy. And it is obvious that the grandchildren marry one another as cousins.

They say Noah's son slept with him. Lot's daughters had sex with him as if the world ended up without any man alive, except their father. They ignorantly forgot that Abraham was alive with men and women living in the community which he lived, where the Angels who destroyed Lot's community informed Abraham of their mission, and "birth of Isaac" to he and wife Sarah.

By the way, I wonder where Hajah and Ishmael were at the time the Angels visited? How old was Ishmael? Its interesting to pay attention that Sarah had to command Abraham to send Ishmael and his mother "away (where exactly except that she was a mean spiritted woman?)". We also learnt that the sin of Ishmael, was what is natural between big brother and little brother, siblings. If Isaac was emotional about being teased by his big brother that his mother was prompted to command the friend of God to do as she commanded, then Ishmael must have grown a big to the big size that it will take a strong man to carry him on the shoulder for such a long journey!

We must find it unbelievable that the fagile young african woman from Egypt, Hajar can carry strong young man teenager Ishmael even across the room, considering that he, Ishmael was 13 years the elder of young Isaac! I sometimes wonder how the intelligentias of Christendom have not been able to discover how "out of this world" is the silly idea that Hajar carried Ishmael in the long journey!

Biblical characters commited certain "immoral acts" but are these acts the defining norm of christianity today?
