President Buhari is set to formally launch
N20billion ‘Anchor Borrowers’ Programme’
which the Central Bank of Nigeria has set aside
for rice farmers across Nigeria.


The programme is an initiative of the CBN
aimed at creating an Ecosystem to link out-
growers (small holder farmers) to local
processors.


Femi Adesina, presidential media aide,
informed about this via his Twitter account
stating that that the leader of the nation has
already landed.
