Client: A Nairaland member Friend
Location: Warri

There are two buildings sitting on this plot(a big plot)

The Front building: We will be installing a 5kva solar power hybrid electricity supply backup, by drealgeesam of Nairaland, the duration is 12hours /day.

The back building is a big building, the first wing has a living room,dining, kitchen, visitors toilet and one bedroom downstairs while upstairs we have 5rooms all with toilet and bath,our aim is to convert the downstairs to 2bedroom all ensuite and the upstairs to 2 bedroom ensuite,there are also serious electrical and mechanical problems we will have to work

The second wing of the back building has two bedroom all ensuite on both the ground floor and the first floor

I am watching this one keenly. Remember to post "before" and "after" pictures.

Plumbing works.
There are so many leakages here so we have to fix in new pipes ,some toilets don't have water heater, we also have to lay the pipes too.
We removed all the sanitary fittings and kept them.

Breaking of walls,creating the living room and dining.

We removed all the wires in this house, the wiring done was half conduit, we made it full conduit.

We will create a staircase at the back and front

The Soakaways are on the verge of collapse, we have to break it and reinforce it.

Creating a toilet in a room

I am amazed that there is no german floor in some part of this house, we did the german floors where applicable.

Creating wardrobes with blocks for the rooms

We opened the two soakaway, lo it was filled ,we emptied it and casted it

The roof leaks seriously, we removed the existing aluminium roof and discovered the guage for the roofing sheet was less than 0.3,too bad,we also did some wood repair on the roof,like the ridges and gutters and we replaced it with 0.45 aluminium.
