Buhari on the other hand with America's support is unable to defeat boko haram despite relocating military command centre to bornu. Instead boko terrorist are defeating him left right n centre.
Recent news has it that boko are still controling parts of bornu state, yet the military are busy flexing muscles with unarmed civilians in the east.
