Khloe Kardashian is at it again and she's hitting hard at her soon-to-be ex-husband, Lamar Odom who is still hospitalized after an alleged drug overdose last month.

The reality star took to twitter today ranting over a nasty tweet by a fan concerning her relationship with James Harden while Lamar still languishes on a hospital bed.
