Let pictures do the talking ... Your first 60 secs allows you to leave an impression before the details on your CV, Resume, etc.
Impression counts, looks should not be ignored.
I worked in Human Resources for a little bit and would admit that its important to seek candidates who fit into the "office culture". It's not as imperative as your capability or qualifications, but simply, 'how well do you blend into the already existing work culture'?
For instance, if you're seeking a customer service job, its important that you show your personality as approachable and competent, yet relaxed - the right clothing is an add-on to project that image.
Ask your top banks why they hire fine babes!! ..... Underneath, confidence matters.
