I'm no real estate investment analyst or specialist but with slowing economies lower oil prices refugee crises China also slowing down a growth forecast for properties might not be on point. Again I'm not an investment specialist.
However the country specific advantages that dubai offers in terms of security infrastructure and strong institutions though religiously tinted but is specific, it may behave not too differently but will attract the scarce investments available.
