I pesonally think the chief blame falls on the side of the youth because we are so wasteful of the essential resources called time, we prefer to gyrate with it, and we misplace our priorities e.g a musical artiste prefering to finish studying medicine in the university rather than learning ow to be the best in his field even if it means no unversity education.
