According to an online report yesterday, there is a video recording that has Charlie Sheen performing MouthAction on another man while smoking crack cocaine.

According to the website RadarOnline that claimed that they viewed a bootleg copy of the tape, Charlie Sheen was seen to have smoked a crack pipe before grinning at the camera and then pleasuring his male lover. This they claimed, happened in 2011 when Sheen met the man in Vegas.

The video is part of a 20 million dollar lawsuit put up by his partner who claimed was infected with herpes by Charlie. Radaronline went on to say that the lawsuit was finally settled out of court and Charlie paid millions of dollars.

Keith Davidson, an attorney who was actively involved in the lawsuit came out to counter Radaronline’s allegations, stating that the alleged video has nothing “to do with the above referenced lawsuit which was filed and subsequently dismissed more than five years ago.

“Though there was video evidence involved in the aforementioned case, that video evidence did not come close to portraying what you have described,” Davidson said in a statement.

“Furthermore, there was but one copy of that case related video evidence. That sole copy of the video evidence was irretrievably destroyed.”

However, the website quoted from the “J. Roe v. John Doe” lawsuit saying an “A-List celebrity,’’ identified by sources as Sheen, “entered into a nefarious plot designed to lure Plaintiff into his luxurious hotel room to serve his prurient desires.”

Sheen was alleged to have told the man he had “no venereal diseases,’’ hence, the pair watched porn and subsequently engaged in “mutual oral copulation, mutual self-gratification, rubbing and massaging each other, play-wrestling, licking and (unprotected) intercourse.”

Sheen was handed the original tape and a couple of other sex tapes as settlement and ordered them to be destroyed, Radaronline added.
