JOB DETAILS:
Greensprings School an international co-educational services limited comprising of Pre-school, Elementary and Secondary School seeks to hire a PROACTIVE, SELF-DISCIPLINED, EFFICIENT, ETHICAL, DISCRETE and APPROACHABLE HR officer into the administrative department of the school.

JOB FUNCTIONS:
The job functions include but are not limited to the following:
o Understand and be able to perform the core functions of a Human Resource Officer
o Be up to date on the best practices and trend in Human Resources
o Ability to complete task efficiently
o Ability to manage deadlines and accomplish task quickly
o Ability to multi-task and balance variety of different tasks
o Ability to relay information clearly and effectively to employees at all levels
o Ability to facilitate communication between employer and employees
o Ability to negotiate and diffuse tense or combative situations
o Ability to handle people in friendly and professional manner
o Ability to deal with many different personality types
o Ability to make hard decision for the benefit of the organization
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EXPERIENCE: Candidate must possess atleast 4-7 years’ active experience in Human Resources.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: M.A/B.SC in any relevant Social Science Subject (Membership of CIPM Professional association will be an added advantage.

CLASS OF DEGREE: Minimum of second class lower division.

SOFT SKILLS: Strong time management skills, great oral, written communication skills and interpersonal skills, apt in the use of Microsoft offices and VLE

GENDER: Female

AGE REQUIREMENT: 30-35
