CRESTRADE LIMITED is offering to develop Housing Estates across the country for Cooperative Societies Members on Mortgage Payment Plan.
Our strategy is to construct housing units on land acquired by Cooperative Societies, which has been allocated to Members to 80% completion stage of detached bungalows.
The Company have structured payment plan that will assist every member own a house they can move in to within 180 days of approval of contract, and home owners can make payment up to 180 months with low instalment payments on Rent 2 Own scheme.
The strategy will afford the Cooperative Societies Members the opportunity to own the houses, that would keep appreciating in value even while making payment for it, while the house owner would commit land only as equity contribution to the ownership.
The Company offers land to Cooperative Societies that have not acquired land, for allocation to their Members.
Estate agents, Lenders, Legal, Survey, Valuation fees, Transfer taxes, Insurance cover, Stamp duty and Finishing costs will be taken in to consideration by the Company.
Interested Cooperative Societies are welcomed to be registered with the Company.
