Come to think of it, how did humanity arrive at eating three square meal a day? Why not once or may be six times or none at all. Is it science inspired, man made or God ordained. Anyone? |

I've met people who eat three times a day, five times a day, eight times a day and some who even eat twenty times a day. Anyhow mouth scratch you use food cure am. Nobody set guidelines you should follow, listen to your body and obey your hunger. |

if you do eat a square breakfast then hunger will "normally" strike back around noon, and again around 7/8pm, very simple! |

My guess is that it came about to mark the 3 major periods during the day. Morning-Breakfast Afternoon-Lunch Evening/Night- Dinner/supper. Who knows?  |

End time yeye question, if u like eat 20x a day or 6x, e no concern anybody. As for me, anything i see wey hungry me i go chop am sharp sharp, as long as money dey to buy am. |
