Osterly: Quite right Osterly, We needed to fulfill our promise as regards the infrastructures that were promised on the land, as it is today, work is still ongoing, below is the current state of the land. The drainage & road network are complete, the elctricity supply as you can see from the picture below is almost finished. If you are in lagos, I suggest you take a drive down there on a weekend or whenever you are free, you will be surprised
