iConcepts limited is a technology firm specializing in Mobile marketing, Mobile content and mobile messaging. It seeks to recruit a Content Administrator to manage its Content Services.

Job Title: Content Service Administrator
Job  Description
                Working independently to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Generate the demand for our technology solutions by indentifying business needs, managing accounts, cold calling, prospecting, developing a thorough needs analysis and closing targeted i
• Ensure that prospects and or clients are aware of our products/services that may best ‘fit’ their current and future needs by ensuring that appropriate marketing collateral is prepared and provided to prospects.
• Responsible for maintaining opportunities inside our existing CRM systems
• Qualify, manage and close deals as necessary
• Negotiate opportunities within a prospected environment
• Collaborate with Group Events and media unit to plan, implement seminars, conferences, exhibitions and any other marketing related programs or activities.
• Prepare and track marketing plan.
• Keep abreast of issues affecting the telecoms industry and collecting competitor intelligence.
Reporting to
The Manager: Media and Content Services
CORE COMPETENCIES
• Sourcing editing and uploading of content
• Introduction of new products and services
• Assessing the quality of content that goes out to customers and reporting any errors or substandard content to the HOD
• Researching and uploading of content
• Client Orientation – Good client service skills; ability to see things from the clients’ point of view;
•    Ability to identify clients’ needs and match them to appropriate solutions; ability to meet 
•    Timeline for service delivery and keep clients informed at all times.
Qualification
Bachelor degree in Mass communications or in the Arts
Experience
1 or 2 years of relevant industry and content Administrator experience
The person
Pleasant personality, able to work in teams. Good communication skills and computer proficiency. People and team oriented with a natural flair for research.
Salary range: NGN 480,000 – NGN 600,000pa annum
