This is an opportunity for credible investors.

The business simply involves paying for my clients allocations from either NNPC/PPMC or NIPCO PLC (a private depot jointly owned by Independent Marketers), and re-selling the allocation to interested customers at the depot (point of loading) and making instant profit.

Specifically, we shall be dealing with NIPCO PLC which is located at Apapa, Lagos for now. This is because of the ease of operations and faster turnover of capital. Here, allocations are due for loading within 2 or 3 days after payment. Although the profit margin is small, the frequency of loadings compensates for it. Furthermore, his sales outlet is located in Benue State and as a result, the Petroleum Equalization Fund (PEF) pays a transport allowance to him for allocations lifted. The rate is about two hundred and fifty thousand naira (=N=250,000.00) per ticket loaded. In fact, this is the main attraction of the business. The more loadings one makes, the more money is paid by PEF.

The procedure of operation is as follows;

   1. Payment is made to NIPCO either by bank draft or by direct payment to account for 33,000 liters of either PMS, AGO or DPK.
   2. The teller is presented and the loading ticket is programmed for loading.
   3. An interested customer upon confirming that we have payment in the NIPCO system buys the allocation from us at the prevailing price and goes ahead to load it.
   4. Payment is made again to NIPCO and the cycle continues.
   5. The loaded tickets and waybills are compiled and the claims presented to PEF for processing and payment.

Since it’s going to be a partnership, yourself or your agent can have custody of the loading tickets without which no loading can take place. It can only be released to a prospective customer for loading after payment has been made to you or your agent.

Please note that we do not bear any risk at all as we are not involved in the carriage or haulage of the products sold to our prospective customers. Our obligation to them terminates there at the loading depot. The business is straight forward and very lucrative.
