the election is a waste, only 32,785 pvcs in the hands of voters for a 41,300 margin lead. If APC does not have a single vote on election day, and all 32,785 voters come out to vote PDP, APC wins.

An injustice has been meted out on the dead candidate running mate, i can bet his lawyers are doing their underground work now

The electoral law has to be followed and Faleke didn't participate in the primaries

Did Yahaya win the primaries?
Had the result of election been declared, would Faleke not be governor elect because he didnt participate in the primaries?
Was Yahaya name ever submitted to INEC?.
What is your understanding of the concept of running MATE ?

Should the election have been declared inconclusively judging that PVC collection stopped days before election, and collection rate in affected area was less than APC margin of lead?
When INEC asked for replacement, did they state it must be from participants of primaries ?

The truth is that INEC shouldn't have declared the election inconclusive. APC had already won the election, because the number of eligible voters is less than the difference in result.
