U still have a long way to go. And don't give up. U are still in the first category. Put passion in ur drawing next time

Nice drawing but you need to seriously work on the eyes. believe me the eyes are the killer in a portrait art. miss it you lose it.
Also the tone variation isn't felt much. I don't know if it is your pencil grades. As a professional which I assume you are, you should go for the B pencils.
Posses from 2B to 6B then have a charcoal pencil too because you do need it.
keep practicing.
