I know this data. It is not foreign to me. Fact is they are like PH babes. That HIV is not prevalent does not mean they indulge in safer sex practices. It could even be that they attribute HIV to spiritual attack etc and do not seek medical help. It could be many things.

Anyway nice point.

Simple matter. show results of impact of previous performances.. maybe donors will get some encouragement to fund the program further

That's not the issue. Donors feel Nigeria is now economically strong enough to buy the drugs for Nigerians, so they can focus on other poorer countries.

I wouldn't blame them, if I were them I would still pull out, after hearing all those billions being embezzled by Nigerian leaders. It shows unseriousness.
For instance, someone is, paying your tuition fee, housing and feeding you, yet you come home every night drunk. One day they person will just push you out of his house, and stop spending on you.

Enugu Governor should not worry itself about N500 million.
Just bring every HIV positive patient to THE LORD'S CHOSEN CHARISMATIC REVIVAL MOVEMENT for the ultimate immediate healing.
