i am about getting 2 offers from these two banks for 2nd level position (a step above entry level). ETB offer is 4mill per annum. i don't how much UBA will offer but i learnt they pay less.
the UBA work will be more interesting as the ETB job will become routine with time.

someone told me UBA is a grade A bank and will offer better career prospects while another person said the politics in UBA will hamper my growth faster than ETB.

i need information about the idiosyncrasies of these two banks.
