Description A terror drill went wrong leaving one person dead and at least 20 injured on Monday, November 30, at Nairobi’s Strathmore University when sounds of gunfire sparked a panic. The students were said to have fled after hearing gunshots fired during the security exercise thinking it was a terror attack.
