To be sincere, your post oozes stupidity.
Rank or no rank, that education she's got is 100 times better than one gotten in naija or elsewhere.
For the record, 80% of british unis are standardized and as such, ranking is of minute importance.
Nigerians sha must find negativity in all

While some ladies are breaking academic record overseas, some other ladies are also breaking FTC record on nairaland. I did not mention names o.

Thank God she didn't study in Nigeria private university: the mofos here would have been bastardising her painstaking efforts without knowing that academic brilliance has nothing to do with the University or country of your study.

Some parts of your post aren't necessary bro. Why not just give the young lady the thumbs up and move on

Read it again. Every aspect of the post is relevant. He pointed out that the lady is a muslim who is also a law graduate which totally shit's on the idea by BH that western education is evil. Yet, a muslim is excelling in western education. Also, he pointed out that a muslim woman has been given the opportunity to excel in a field that she is passionate about and not only that, she is given the freedom to pursue her dreams without any juvenile matrimonial entanglement. In my opinion, she she should be a spokes woman for Northern Nigeria and at every opportunity, link her achievements with the contradictory lifestyle in the North.

Rubbish Uni - I thought I would see Oxford or Cambridge!

Is this necessary? Can't you just be happy for her? If you have ever attended any UK or foreign school(s) for that matter then you will not belittle her achievement(s).

So because it wasn't bagged at Oxford or Cambridge diminishes the quality of the qualification? Get real please. These university rankings don't matter when you study certain courses. Someone with a degree in medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, physiotherapy even nursing from that university will still do well career wise anywhere in the world. Never mind her that even had a distinction in postgraduate law. Don't be surprised if the woman has a job lined up already in whichever of the Northern states she's from. They probably sponsored her anyway, so you sit there sipping your alomo and denigrate someone's achievement that should be applauded.

Sad what we have turned this country to!

But would you also not bother to mention her religion if she had been a terrorist bomber!

It is food for thought. Why would it be important to mention religion for bad thing and not when it is associated with good thing!.

seconded... this just shows our major problem in Nigeria -bigotry, ethnic segregation, religious sentiment. Now she is no longer a Nigerian but Muslim.... SMH

Some Nigerians in diaspora are really making the country proud with outstanding performances in their different areas of focus. Keep up the good work. Pictured is Hadiza Saddik Mahuta who was recently awarded the degree of 'Masters of Law' after graduating with distinction from the University of West England Bristol. Not only that, she also had her name placed on the school's 'Star of Fame' datatbase. Congratulations to her...

Good, but unfortunately, the impact of such feats are not always felt in Nigeria. Our Legal system is nonsense, Engineering is nonsense, Finance is nonsense, Business is nonsense, Health is nonsense. Everything is nonsense. Book experts but no practical to reality experts

Quick questions for you;
1. Where did you graduate from?
2. What did you graduate with?
