Weeks after Dan Ali accussed Gen Minimah of failure to release or cover-up Buhari's non- availability of WAEC cert, he himself has equally failed to produce same even as Minister of Defence. It would be recalled that Some human right organ has challenged Dan Ali to produce buhari's WAEC certificate and failure to do so will vindicate Gen Minimah. Several weeks after, Dan Ali has equally kept mute, meaning Minimah is vindicated and truly Buhari has no WAEC certificate since the Defence minister himself have also failed to show Nigerians.
