He should rather create jobs and enabling environments to promote entrepreneurs like regular power supply, functional health sector, good roads, security, markets, single digit interest rates on lending, strict importation policy. Above all regular payment of salaries so that its multiplier effect will propel rapid growth in the long run. Sure 5k is something but certainly it's absolutely nothing in the long-term and it is capable of breading laziness that is as bad as untreated diabetes wounds! Granted campaign promises were made yet better approach should be more celebrated if critically evaluated and efficiently executed.

What's the job of opposition? One would expect a reasonable opposition to oppose and debate such plan instead of playing and canvassing for it to be done.
