Afternoon folks! This is my very first time on this particular thread. Pls want can I do to reduce muscle pull attacks? Whenever it comes it's always very severe and last for about twenty minutes, I have noticed it's hits me on my right thigh |

Try stretching daily after you wake up and before any physical activity. Back in my school days muscle pulls were normally associated with footballers and other athletes. You did not mention when it strikes - is it during sporting activities or just randomly? Either way, a daily 30 minute stretch is the best way to combat any occurrence of it happening throughout the day. |

Thanks bro I appreciate your input. It happens randomly, could be when I'm sitting,at times when I'm about to come out of the bed in the morning. |
