CHOOSE A CAREER PATHWAY IN THE OIL AND GAS: The oil and gas is very broad that if you don’t have a focus you can wonder up and down without actually climbing a single career ladder, people will try to sell many trainings to you that if you not properly guided you might end up doing so many irrelevant trainings. For instance you are looking at being a LIFTING professional, there are specific training from point one to expert level that makes you that.

STEP2,
MAKE PLANS FOR YOUR TRAINING ON TIME: whole lots of persons do not have the right certification but they hope for miracle to get a job where trained professionals should be working.
Once you conclude the specific training on the career pathway you have chosen, work hard to get the training and get the certified, once you’ve done that then you are 70% close to your dream job.


STEP3:

There are hardly any new projects introduced. Without an increase in the price of crude it will be impossible for companies to want to go into further prospects and development.
