A resident of Ukaegbu Road, Ogbor Hill in Aba area of Abia State in an attempt to defend himself from been robbed has bitten off the ear lobe of an alleged armed robber, Chijioke Ikechi.

DAILY POST gathered that Ikechi alongside three other members of his gang stormed the residence, dispossessed their victims of N300,000 and in the process inflicted a machete wound on a resident, identified as Ndubuisi Mba.

Following the armed robbery attack, residents of the area were said to have sent a distress call to a police patrol team just as one of the victims held on to Ikechi after biting off his ear lobe, as the other gang members on sighting the police fled the scene.
