The Court of Appeal sitting in Enugu has today delivered judgments in the Appeal arising from the election petition filed by Chimaroke Nnamani against the election of Senator Gil Nnaji of the PDP. The Court set aside the judgment given in favour of former Gov. Nnamani by the election petition tribunal. Similarly, the Court of Appeal has dismissed the appeals filed by Dubem Obaze and Dr. Ernest Ndukwe both of APGA against Senators Stella Oduah and Andy Ubah respectively of the PDP |

ApGa had very very good candidates... Just imagine Ernest ndukwe as senator it's sad what pdp did to south east, I realy wish ApGa won in abia Emeka otti was a far better candidate, Now they have finished ApGa, its just so unfair 1 Like |

banki: APGA finished themselves. Next time, don't mumuishly endorse a person from an opposing party no matter what. Would it have cost APGA anything to just field any random dude for Presidential seat while maintaining their aim on the governorship level? How can you openly endorse another man from another party for the number 1 office in the country while still trying to sell the story that the SAME party destroyed your state? If the party is that bad, why endorse them for the number 1 office in the country? Wouldn't that be akin to taking your supporters for fools? They've learned the hard way. And if they had any wisdom left in them, they'd spend these next 4 years doing some deep soul searching. 1 Like |
