Ever since the announcement of Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi (Ojaja II) as the new Ooni of Ife, many have been itching to see the face of the new queen of Ile Ife. Meet Olori Adebisi Adebukola Ogunwusi, wife of Oba Ogunwusi the 51st Ooni of Ife. Known to friends as Bukky, Olori Adebukola is the only wife of the monarch. The couple is blessed with a daughter. According to tradition, the new Ooni will inherir the wives of the late one. Here is a photo of the monarch and his wife on their wedding day below: The newly installed Ooni of Ife was presented with the staff of office and instrument of appointment on Monday, December 7. The event attracted prominent traditional rulers from all nook and crannies who came to celebrate the new entrance into the fold of royal fathers in the country. The politicians were not left out as three governors from the southwest joined the host Governor Rauf Aregbesola for the historic event that last took place 35-years ago when the new Ooni was only five years old .
