My elder sister and I went to Ikoyi Registry today to inquire about Special marriage (marriage to a foreigner ), the man we met gave us a run down of all the requirements and in the end told us we will have to pay 60000 since we want it sharp sharp. Please I want to know if it's the real amount or am i being cheated, if anyone has someone I can be refer to, I would really appreciate it. Thanks for your help

be very careful that person u met is a 419 this is Christmas time everyone needs money if I were u go through d normal procedure I also got married there I don't think I spent up to 5k

There is a 21 working days notice period. Then I think I paid 21 or 25k, then if u want it on a certain day of the week, there is a N2k surcharge.

Then u need to get an affidavit of bachelor hood and spinster hood. Plus your birth certificates or age declaration
