LEADERS under the auspices of Yoruba Summit met in Akure, the Ondo state capital yesterday and asked the federal government to look critically into the causes of separatist feelings and initiate constitutional reforms to give sense of belonging to all constituent units of the country.

Conveners of the summit include Chairman of the Yoruba unity Forum, Bishop Bolanle Gbonigi, Chairman of Afenifere, Pa Reuben Fasoranti, leader of Oodua People Congress Otunba Gani Adams, Chairman of Yoruba Council of Elders, Gen Adeyinka Adebayo, Chairman of the Summit Planning Committee, Dr Kunle Olajide and Agbekoya

He who hath ear let him hear what the yoruba elders are saying, obedience is better than sacrifice!

Please FGN, do not take IPOB things with kid glove better to find a solution now before it degenerates to something out of hand like BH that we now spend capital and human resources on in future.

Biafra has been wiped out of Nigeria s history and the constitution since the civil war. The Ibos are the Oliver Twist of this computer age. Has anyone actually investigated how and why Ihejirika messed up on bokoharam s issue? We walk with our legs and not our heads, so it is wrong for anyone to insist on using the head to walk and work. PDP did well for the Ibos. APC has just started and it is doing better for the Ibos than the Yorubas.
