i can give you all the material needed if you tell me how wide and deep it will be. when i said material i mean brick ,rod for decking cement cement for laying the brick and for concrete and so on

I think one other important factor to also consider is the terrain, in areas where the soil is firm and not water logged. You can use blocks to construct your soak away. However in areas that are water logged/low water table / loose soil etc. You would need to build a soak away from the surface, sink it and then seal the base with waterproof cement mix etc.
