For those who have not been following the story, here is a quick recap from episode one to six.
THE CALABASH IS GONE
In this episode, the heroine was introduced as a disobedient priestess whose destiny is unknown. Also the Golden Calabash which was in the care of the priestesses mysteriously disappeared.
THE VISIT
The disappearance of the Golden Calabash led to an impromptu visit of the high priestesses to the palace in the capital city, she chose Omifunke the disobedient priestess and Omitilewa the priestess who reported the disappearance of the calabash to accompany her. Also in this episode the rivalry between the priestesses and the order of priests is made known.
THE PRINCE
Here, the prince is introduced as an arrogant, rude and spoilt brat. And it was revealed that the prince must go on a perilous journey to bring back the golden calabash. But, someone with a pure heart must accompany him.
THE CHOSEN
After a joint ritual performed by two arch-enemies, the high priestess and the Oluwo. It was revealed that Omifunke was to accompany the prince to retrieve the Golden Calabash.
THE JOURNEY
In this episode, Omifunke accepts her mission. Also, the prince’s mother, Queen Niniola is revealed to be the high priestess’ sister. Omifunke and prince Adedayo began their journey guided by the white stone given to them by the high priestess.
THE JOURNEY (II)
Now alone, Omifunke tried to ignore the irritating, arrogant prince by being polite. But, the Adedayo would not have it; he was tired of the hypocrisy and the fake respect that everyone gives him. He continued to irritate her until she pops. There is an attraction building between them but, they are yet to notice it. When they finally settled in for the night, they awoken by a loud roar, something was coming at them fast…
