hi, i noticed some spots on my chest recently but i ignored it thinking it was heat rashes(u know naija weather is dangerous). but to my dismay, all the dusting powder does nt seem to be doing any effect until somebody told me that it might be a cream effect. it got me so worried and ave been thinking of what to do about it cos i love wearing v-neck tops. please can somebody tell me what to do

Do what sissy said. A lot of people get Acne on their chests and she is also right about it not being only for acne. It smooths out your skin. Are these spots raised spots. Could they be tags? If they are tags then a dermatologists can just burn them off with a laser torch and you do not even have to make an appointment for it.
