How can I send Dollars from the United States to Nigeria and the recipients will get it at the parallel rate or get it in Dollars? Western Union and Moneygram are giving the official rate (less than 200 Naira to a Dollar) to recipients. Thank you.

You can send it true payoneer account. If the receiver have payoneer account, you will pay to His US bank account that payoneer gave him/her and he/she will use his card to withdraw it here in Nigeria. If you don't know the process, you can contact us @ femstic60@gmail.com
