These states mentioned below will never go bankrupt if they maximize their IGR generating capacity.

1. Abia
2Anambra
3. Kano
4. Kaduna
5. Lagos
6.Oyo
7. Rivers.

The governors of these states should be hanged if they go bankrupt.
