Drink plenty of waterBy simply drinking plenty of fluids every day you can make a real difference to your weight loss. Not only will it help you to exercise more effectively, but it will prevent you from snacking.

Often when we think our body is telling us that we are hungry, the truth is all your body is craving is fluids. When you feel a hunger pang, try drinking half a glass of water and give it 10 minutes to settle. If after 10 minutes you still feel hungry have a small snack.

More often than not though, during these 10 minutes these hunger pangs will disappear and you’ll feel satisfied.
