We have decided to make it known to the public how Nigerian music artistes has been lying to their fans despite the love and support they shower on them.

The following lies were detected from the lyrics of their songs.

1. Davido – Fans Mi
‘I remember when I had no money in my bank account…’
Trust me when i say Davido lied. The only time Davido had no money in his account was when he had no bank account.
Even at that, his father is a ‘BOSS’ and he must have opened an account for his unborn David, fixed some cash there and await his birth.

2. D’Prince – Who am I (Omoba)
‘Who am I? Omoba!’
Don Jazzy’s younger brother called himself ‘Omoba’.
A search team organised by NET said that they searched all round Abia state, from Umuahia to Arochukwu, Isialangwa to Isikwuato but couldn’t get any traditional king related to Don Jazzy’s family – Enebeli.

3. Wizkid – Ojuelegba
‘Ni Ojuelegba, dem know my story…’
Now we all believed this tale until Tee A busted Wizzy. One wonders, why Wizkid had to lie when he possesses enough talent to make the truth as iconic as the signature phrase.....
