In western countries you hear of developers or companies who redevelop/develop properties and hold on to the rental returns for a number of years till they get back their investments and profits. Does anyone know of such in Lagos? I have an uncompleted property in Lagos sitting on 2 plots of land with prospects of being redeveloped into 5 two bedroom apartments with a 5 bedroom duplex attached.
